《荒野求生秘技》（Man vs. Wild）又稱《荒野求生》，是美國(guó)探索頻道制作的一檔寫實(shí)電視節(jié)目，由英國(guó)冒險(xiǎn)家貝爾·格里爾斯主持，每集他會(huì)走到沙漠、沼澤、森林、峽谷等危險(xiǎn)的野外境地，在極為惡劣的環(huán)境下，為脫離險(xiǎn)境，設(shè)法尋找回到文明社會(huì)的路徑。
